Full control for you, the developer, wherever you are

We look after the whole construction process while giving you, the developer, full control over the project through our traceable scorecard, detailed documentation and profitability requirements.

Anyone who orders building or construction work is called the “developer” (or “byggherre” in Swedish; it is an old word, but there is no more up-to-date term). Being a developer entails full responsibility for the whole construction process. The developer is also the person who finances the project and lays down requirements for the results.

A developer initiates projects, produces requirements specifications, organizes and manages the implementation, handles procurement, planning and documentation, and monitors progress.

A developer is someone who carries out or engages someone else to carry out design, construction, demolition or groundworks on his own account.  A developer may be a natural or legal person such as a company, a housing cooperative, a municipality or a public authority. The developer bears the full responsibility for ensuring that acts, ordinances, regulations and decisions are complied with. This responsibility still applies where the measures do not require permission or notification.

We make the process smoother

It was probably much simpler to be a developer/byggherre when the term was coined than it is today. As a turnkey contractor, E2C can make the whole process smoother for you, the developer, while leaving you in full control.

We carry out studies and thorough analyses of the conditions around the project before you take the decision to invest in it. You are also provided with up-to-date information about the market, methods and prices.

We take care of regulatory issues, procurement and construction contracts and facilitate international deals.

Our project control is efficient, with a clear structure and profitability assurance. With the aid of the traceable scorecard, we ensure that everything is documented and traceable. We work with a project manager who is based on-site and has full control over the construction process and the site through close contact with everyone involved.

At E2C, we are certified for control management up to level K, which covers projects of a complex nature. We are also qualified to carry out inspections and take on the role of work environment coordinator for planning or implementation (BAS-P/BAS-U).

In our role as turnkey contractor, we give you, the developer, full control over your investment. Using a traceable scorecard, E2C will guide you through each project from start to finish.
